Paediatric First Aid Training is mandatory for anyone working with the early year’s environment. After all parents are leaving there most treasured possession in your care. By attending a Paediatric First Aid Course you will be reassuring yourself that you are better prepared for any emergency that may arise. Our team of emergency and training professionals will guide you through the training and help you build confidence in life saving skills.

- Roles and responsibilities of a first aider
- First aid kit information and equipment
- Aims and priorities of first aid
- Primary assessment and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation for the adult, child and infant casualty

- How to deal with minor, major bleeding and shock
- Dealing with seizures
- Identifying childhood and other medical conditions

It also a mandatory requirement set out by OFSTED and the EYFS Framework for those particularly in early years care. The qualification is valid for 3 years. After the 3 years the course is repeated as there is no refresher.
